September Bucket List
While I am not thrilled to see Summer go, I do love Fall and I will fully embrace the coziest season. I love the Fall weather, when it’s not too hot but still not cold enough for a coat. I love the flavors and festivities and I love the “back to school” fresh start feeling that we all get. I love Summer and I am a Summer girl, but the beauty of Fall is that it signals when everything slows down a little bit.
Plus, it’s the perfect reading season! I’m looking forward to quiet weekends with books and football but I also am excited for a seasonal reset. Summer was packed to the brim with wonderful memories and hard work, but I am ready to hang out at home and make our space work for us.
Make a Game Day Spread for the First Game of the Season
Fall signals traditions, so I feel like this bucket list is similar every year and the first thing we have to make sure we do is celebrate a new Bills season!
Bake an Apple Pie
Obviously.
Plant some Mums for a Fall Garden
I didn’t have time for a Summer garden so I want to make the patio a Fall oasis.
Clean Out my Closet
Yes, again.
Clean Out my Books
Yes, again.
Visit the Cider Mill
One of my very favorite places in WNY! The apple cider donuts are out of this world as are the slushies!
Write Every Day for 30 Days
Writing was non-existent in July and August so I am going to commit to a big writing month!
Low Spend September
I have started using a budget tracker and it’s been eye opening.
Go Apple Picking
Duh!!!
Plan a Date Night
Nick and I are always so busy and something and for a long time, I’ve wanted to be more intentional about our date nights. So, I am putting it on the list!
Let me know if you have any items on your bucket list!
