Weekly Wrap Up 7-2-21

I’m writing this and feeling kind of sad. We took Beasley to the vet on Wednesday and we learned she has a low grade heart murmur. Though it’s most likely not something to be concerned about and she’ll likely grow out of it, I can’t imagine anything happening to her. My own heart broke because I love her so much.

We’re still adjusting to life with a puppy, so I didn’t get much reading done (again) but finally finished my last two books of June that I’d been working on for a while. We were supposed to go to Connecticut this weekend, but unfortunately had to cancel those plans. I’m really sad about it but hopefully will make it there at the end of the month.
