Books for New Year's Eve

I’ve always had a love hate relationship with New Year’s Eve. My birthday is the day before (December 30) so between then and Christmas, most of my friends were always away or busy with their own families. It’s always made me an extra reflective person as well, since I feel like I’m closing one chapter as the world is beginning a new one.
