Valentine's Day Gift Guide

I personally love Valentine’s Day and I always have. Even when I was single, it felt like something fun to look forward to after the holidays and a gloomy January! My mom always made sure we had something special on the day, whether it was a sweet treat or a new sweater and book! Here are some ideas for the bookworms in your lives if exchanging sweet presents is your thing!

Bookmarks—always going to give my friend Lyndsey a shout out! I’m a chronic dog-earer, but for the right style, I will gladly grab a bookmark!

Book of the Month Subscription—I truly LOVE my Book of the Month subscription. I love that it’s an affordable way to get some of the newest releases and even early releases! You can get 3, 6, or 12 month gift options.

Book Sleeves—I am a total convert to the world of book sleeves and now I can’t imagine going back. I love Rachel’s from Happy Go Lovely Sleeves because they come with a pocket! They’re great for bullet journals too, since you can keep all your supplies in the pocket. You can see my newest sleeve from Rachel’s Valentine’s Day collection in the photo above. It was gingham, I NEEDED it!

Baked By Melissa Cupcakes—These are some of my FAVORITE treats and I love that they’re bite sized!

We used to go all out for Valentine’s Day because our dating anniversary is February 16, so it felt like a weekend of celebration. But last year and this year, with all the wedding stuff, we’ve taken it pretty easy. This year we’ll probably enjoy cooking together and a night at home with our favorite bottle of a pricier wine. What are you plans?
