Weekly Wrap Up 1-31-20
In the words of Liz Lemon, “What a week, huh?” But I have to say, it’s definitely been a good one! Despite a small hiccup of misplacing my AirPods (they are somewhere in my apartment I swear!!!!!!!), I felt this week was positive and productive. I’m traveling for work today and enjoying the “holiday” weekend aka the Super Bowl with one of my best friends who lives in the area! How was your week?

Weekend plans: Traveling for work and hanging out in Atlanta for the weekend! Plus it’s the superbowl—who are you rooting for?
Loving: This new sweater from Target. I used a gift card and it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made.
Health/FItness: I made it to the gym 5 times this week but have been feeling pretty down about my eating habits. I still feel like I’m not eating the right foods to fuel weight loss and feel better about my body. So, that’s the goal for February! I’ve been really proud of my fitness goals and crushing those, but sadly it will always come down to food, cravings, and portion control for me. Any tips would be appreciated!
