February Intentions and TBR
Ah February, the month of love, chocolate and pink. All of which are three of my favorite things! I’ve always loved Valentine’s Day and after bingeing Park & Rec, Galentine’s Day became my favorite day of the month! It’s also the month of our dating anniversary, so lots of love to celebrate!
This month, SO many exciting things are coming to Read & Wright. I’m thrilled, nervous, and unbelievably happy that it’s all happening. Ah! I can’t wait to share it with you!
What I’m Planning on Reading this Month:
Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone—I want to reread one of the books each month!
Obviously, I’m going to be reading more books than these, but I’m hoping to get to the ones listed in February for sure!
I’m also setting some personal intentions to stay on track with my health and fitness goals. In January, I definitely crushed my workout schedules but I still wasn’t eating great. I know that food is a huge factor for me in how I lose weight, so I’m going to make it a priority to focus on my eating habits this month!
Extra veggies, less carbs—I love pasta, but it’s time to part ways for a bit
No alcohol Sunday-Thursday—I love wine, so this is a big one for me and a hard sacrifice after a long and cold day! But I know it will make a difference
No added sugar—I have a sweet tooth and really need to focus on this!
Three small intentions that will hopefully have a big impact!
