Weekly Wrap Up 1/5/24
The first weekly wrap up of the new year! I can hardly believe it. I wasn’t too sure I was gonna make it to Friday if I’m being honest, but we did it my friends. We made it to the weekend, thank goodness. I teased this at the end of last year, but I want to change up the weekly wrap up. While it is important to me to share things I’m loving, I want to eliminate the “got my eye on” category because I am trying to curb my spending. In 2023, my spending really got out of control because I was using it as a way to feel better when I was feeling down. It wasn’t healthy and I have some big savings goals I’d like to hit this year as we are really ready to buy a home.
And honestly, I want to get excited about books again. My focus on reading has been waning because of so many reasons, but I miss getting lost in the pages of a book every day. So, I’m going to keep trying things until something sticks and it’s the right format for us.
I also want to thank those of you who tune in every Friday and read my ramblings. It’s really special and I’m so grateful to you for making this part of my life.

Weekend Plans:
We have a few social plans but then I just really want to enjoy a weekend reset. I want to clean out my closet again, organize my dresser, go through my bathroom products and purge. I’d hoped to do this over winter break but circumstances led to me not being able to do it. And I want to write. All before Sunday Night Football because the Bills have a lot on the line in Week 18. Go Bills!
