Weekly Wrap Up 4/21/23 — Read & Wright

What a week! After driving back from Connecticut on Sunday, I had to quickly get ready for an audition. I didn’t feel like I did my best so the rest of the week was kind of funky. I tried my best to keep on keeping on, but since this month is so travel travel heavy, I won’t lie that it’s already gotten the best of me. I’m so happy to celebrate the people in my life though, so it’s on me to stay focused!

It was a great reading week and…a great shopping week. I went through my closet recently and got rid of some things I haven’t been wearing, so I decided to restock and now I definitely need to embark on a No Buy Month. No Buy May and No Buy June sound pretty good to me!

I also got to go to a wonderful book event at the Penguin Teen offices and hang out on the beach to finally read one of my most anticipated books of the year. I can’t believe Summer is right around the corner! I really didn’t think Winter was going to end this year.

I have a very exciting weekend at home! My best friend from college is coming with me and we’re going to hang out on the beach, visit NYC (I still miss it being my home) and celebrate my sister-in-law’s bridal shower. That also means time to read and enjoy some theatre! I can’t wait.
