The Suite Spot by Trish Doller
A new release that just felt like summer to me. It takes place on a tiny island in the Great Lakes off of Ohio which doesn’t sound spring break-y but I just loved it. Low steam romance!
Finlay Donovan Series—Finlay Donovan is Killing It and Finlay Donovan Knocks ‘Em Dead
When I read book on vacation, I want to find something unputdownable. Finlay Donovan fits the bill! It’s a hilarious, irreverent , mystery with some romance mixed in.

Perfect for fans of Below Deck! This is a closed door romance with characters who work on a luxury boat!
Tokyo Ever After by Emiko Jean
I LOVED this booK! I’ve shouted about it a lot but it’s like the Princess Diaries. A young girl discovers the father she never knew is actually the Crown Prince of Japan. It’s got fun travel, a bodyguard Romance, and self discovery.

This book feels like summer in Paris. It’s about a ballet dancer and her dreams, only to find love in the city of love.
Float Plan by Trish Doller
The first book in the Beck sisters series is delightful but also a little heavier, as it deals with a woman moving forward after her fiance dies by suicide. She inherits his sailboat and hires a first mate, intending to sail to the Caribbean to find closure and finds a new future instead.
The Guncle by Steven Rowley
How many times do I have to say I adore this book? It’s sweet and glamourous and profound. Takes place in Palm Springs! An uncle takes his niece and nephew for the summer after their mother passes away.

If you enjoy Rebecca Serle’s books, this might be the right pick for you! It’s about an indie musician who has a public breakdown after tragedy and reconnects with her dad while on a cruise.
