Drum roll please…Tis the Readson is back and better than ever: get Ready for #TisTheReadson2021!

If you missed it last year, Tis The Readson is a month long readathon that I host with a few of my friends to really celebrate the season. We created it last year when things were so dire and depressing but it’s become a tradition I look forward to each year.

Now, how do you participate? Simply read! We have some reading prompts to help you choose and play along with our bingo board. We do weekly giveaways if you want to share a photo related to one of our photo prompts as well!

Other things to look forward to: Weekly Reading Sprints, holiday movie watch parties, and a grand prize winner!

How It Works:

Bingo Board

Complete a row horizontally, vertically, or diagonally to be entered into our grand prize drawing! Complete the entire board for 5 extra entries. When it comes to doubling up on prompts, that can only work for the entire board and you can only use two titles to double up on!

This year, we really wanted to make the readathon simpler. You do not have to read holiday specific books (but you are more than welcome to!), just choose titles that fit the prompt!

Weekly Giveaway Photo Prompts

Every week, we’ll have a new photo prompt! You can take and share a photo (make sure to tag us!) and you’ll be entered to win the weekly prize. If you have a private account, just send us the photo as a message!

Reading Sprints

If you haven’t done any reading sprints with me before, we set a time where we all read “together” for an hour. It’s a great way to schedule some alone time for yourself and take time away from your phone.
