Weekly Wrap Up 6-7-19

And just like that, we are a week into June and less than one year from our wedding! SO CRAZY! But so, so exciting. The first week of June KICKED.MY.BUTT. I don’t know what it was, but I felt so out of it for most of the week and couldn’t focus. After a really good night’s sleep on Wednesday, I finally started to feel like myself again. I have a wide open weekend ahead of me and plan of getting a ton of work done!

Here’s what I was up to this week:

Books Finished: My Dear Hamilton—a tear jerker. It’s really dense (review coming next week) but totally worth it. Just be prepared to feel emotionally exhausted.

Currently reading: Game of Thrones

Library haul: Us Against You, What if it’s Us, The Great Alone, A Man Called Ove

Books Purchased: Montauk by Nicola Harrison and I am SO EXCITED to read it. I just can’t decide if I want to save it for a pool/beach day or just dive right in.

Kinda cool: I got to meet Nicola Harrison and have her sign a copy of Montauk for me at Barnes and Nobles Wednesday night! She was so lovely and I am really excited for her career to flourish.

Up Next: The Great Alone—I cannot wait to read this one! It’s been highly recommended and I’m sure I’ll be kicking myself for not getting to it sooner.

Wedding: I have to play catch up this weekend! I have sooooo many things to organize and take care of. All the “big things” for our wedding have been done for a while and somehow this has snuck up on me!

I hope you all have a great weekend!
