Fall Wedding Guest Dresses

Before I got engaged, I thought for sure I would want to have a Fall or Winter wedding. I love the richness of them and how romantic they feel with changing leaves, cozy comforting meals, and brisk temperatures. We had to move our June wedding three times (thanks to the pandemic) and one of those dates almost made it it an early September wedding! Then we almost had a December wedding. And finally, we ended with early spring and an April wedding.

All that to say, I’ve come to appreciate all seasons as a bride. And even more so as a guest! I simply love a Fall wedding and I’m lucky that for two years in a row, we have a wedding over a holiday weekend. I am tempted to buy a new dress, but I also know I have some lovely pieces from last year that I should rewear. What do you think? I just feel like formal ocassions for the Fall and Winter come to infrequently, I’d love to try something new!
