Weekly Wrap Up 9/23/22
Happy official Fall! It’s amazing how the weather switched right on the Autumn Equinox here. Wednesday it was incredibly humid and 80 degrees F and when we woke up Thursday morning, it was a crisp and cool 60 degrees. Looking ahead, it seems we’ll be fully in the swing of Fall from now on. It did make me excited for Fall fashion though.
This week felt especially quick. Between the extended period of mourning out of the U.K. following the death of Queen Elizabeth II, the tragedy in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Fiona, and the news out of Iran. It was hard to focus on much besides the news and work.
I’m still struggling to read consistently. Audiobooks have been my savior and I also decided I’m going to take my own advice and reread some of my favorite books. I hope it gets me excited to read again and builds up the routine and habit.

We’re laying low. I was supposed to be on a trip this weekend so I’m quite sad to be home but going to lean into Fall comforts. First crockpot of chili, football, baking. I’m going to work on our Fall garden as well and maybe see a show!
