2nd Annual #ReadIntoAutumn Readathon

I am not ready to say goodbye to Summer. Not at all. So while the calendar will say September this weekend, I will still be in a Summer state of mind. But that doesn’t mean we can’t read! This weekend I’ll be hosting my second annual #ReadIntoAutumn readathon!

I started these during the pandemic and they look a different since not everyone is staying home as much. But I think that’s even more incentive to use my time wisely and still prioritize reading. I’ll be hosting reading sprints and a giveaway of some of my favorite books from the Summer.

And to cap it all off, on Monday September 5, I’ll share my Fall Reading Guide! It will be made up of exciting new releases as well as some of my favorite backlist favorites full of cozy Fall feels. Hopefully I won’t be craving those days for a long time because the winters here are LONG. I love Fall, truly, but I am in no rush to get to it.

I hope you’ll join me!

Reading Prompts

If you need help putting together a reading list, here are some prompts! These are the prompts I’ll be using to craft my TBR.

  1. Read that book you put off all summer—Today is the day! Stop putting it off!

  2. A book with Back to School Vibes—This could be anything. A memoir, a YA book, a Romance novel with a teacher as the main character. Whatever!

  3. A cover you love—Self explanatory. Take pics of those gorgeous covers!

  4. A new release or backlist title—Choose your shiniest, newest release or the dustiest backlist on your shelf that you’ve put off reading.

I’ll have all the templates saved on my Instagram if you want to join in. Be sure to tag me so I can see them and read with you!
