Weekly Wrap Up 2/4/22

Hello, February! We made it through the longest month of the year and now it feels like we can’t make anymore excuses. We are IN 2022 and it feels good. I spent most of this week recovering from opening the show. The first week is always the hardest because days off are rare but I finally got a good night’s sleep on Thursday and woke up feeling great. I’m hoping to channel that energy into the weekend and come out on top next week!

I didn’t do a ton of reading because I was just so tired this week but I did read things I love! I’m listening to ACOTAR on audio because it’s what my brain needed. As someone with anxiety, I love to reread/relisten/rewatch things because it brings me a lot of comfort to know what’s going to happen. Can anyone else relate?

I also have vacation on the mind because we are officially going on our long awaited honeymoon! We did a mini to Lake Placid right after out April wedding last year and it was AMAZING but I am so excited to travel internationally again. We’re planning on going in June of this year, which is when we would have gone after our original wedding date (June 6, 2020) and I am bursting with excitement. We’re hopeful that the warmer weather will bring positive news pandemic wise!

Here’s what I was up to this week!

What I Read:

Hook Line & Sinker // A Court of Thorns and Roses (Reread)

Currently Reading:

Neon Gods // The Roughest Draft //

Weekend Plans:

I’m with the show all weekend! I’m hoping to have a little more balance since the excitement has worn off and now it’s just a part of my life because it took me about three days to recover from the weekend. When I’m not onstage, I’ll be reading and writing for sure!
