Weekly Wrap Up 12/9/22

The first week of December has come to a close. This is the time of year I just want things to slow down, but it’s always so busy! We have the first of our holiday parties coming up. Plus, Nick is traveling for work quite a bit this month and our weekend’s are packed. I just want to sit in front of my tree and READ! I look forward to the week between Christmas and New Year’s because I always take it off and I will be doing a ton of reading then.

My favorite part of the week had to be getting to attend the Scholastic Book Fair with my theatre students! I teach one day a week at a school in the city here and the one day I was there, happened to be the book fair! It was so nostalgic and exciting for me to revisit this core memory from my childhood.

I’m so excited for those of you who signed up for our first virtual book club for Tis the Readson! I’ll be sending out more information soon, but I am SO excited to discuss the book with all of you. Look for a giveaway this weekend on Instagram of A Very Merry Bromance 😎

As for me, I will be squeezing every possible moment of relaxation and reading amongst all the busy evenings. I love this time of year, I just wish we had an extra week!
