Planners and Calendars for 2022

Yes, a collectively sigh that it’s going to be 2022 in just a few short weeks. The last two years have been completely unbelievable and have flown by us all. As someone who generally likes to track my progress and achievements, it’s certainly thrown me off to feel like I haven’t “achieved” anything. But that isn’t true!

A hobby I got really into in 2021 was my bullet journal. It forced me to stop worrying about being “good” at something and just use it for creativity and fun. I have always loved using a paper planner even in the digital age. It feels more tangible to me and I just prefer it! I thought I’d share some of the planners and calendars I like in case you’re in the market for one for the new year.

Mary Ballou Designs Desk Calendar

I have had this calendar on my bookshelves for the last 3 years! I love it and get a refill each year. There is a Large Size, which has 4x6 cards and a Small Size, which has 4x4 cards! I love that Mary added a quote this year! She owns a shop on Main Street in Lake Placid and we love stopping in during our visits.

The Day Designer

I have used and love the Day Designer before! It’s a really great option if you need to micromanage your day.

The Bloom Daily Planner

I used the Bloom Wedding Planner and really enjoyed it! I haven’t used their daily planners but from the layouts shown, they seem like they’re a great option!

Timeboxing Journal

I like how this Timeboxing feels like a blank slate but still with a little more structure than a blank bullet journal.

The Simplified Planner

When I was on the hunt for a new planner, this was one of the brands that came highly recommended. They come in daily, weekly, and monthly editions. Personally, I really like Daily Planners because then my To Do List is in one place, but I love the look of the Weekly ones!

Are you a paper or digital planner? I’m a bit of both and also love a big monthly calendar as well.
