2020 Favorite Purchases
I think it’s safe to say that 2020 was the year of impulse purchases and online shopping. I was excited at the beginning of the shut down that I was going to save ~ so much money ~ not walking around the city. No random coffees or salads or Homegoods trips. Instead, it was replaced by comfy clothes, way too books, and random things I could on Prime. Oops.
But I discovered so many things that I ended up loving and now use on a daily basis, so here are my favorites from 2020!
Book Sleeves—Even though I haven’t been going anywhere, I still love my book sleeves way too much. They make me way too happy and if I go for a walk or a picnic, I make sure to tuck a book in one!
Embosser—My FAVORITE Christmas present from Nick! I had desperately wanted one and it is now my favorite accessory!
Dudley Stephens—If you need to invest in any cozy piece of clothing, it’s a Dudley. I put it off for so long and now I’m obsessed and saving for my next one!
Jumpsuits—I have worn jumpsuits for a while, especially in the summer in the city, but I really leaned into buying them during lockdown because they kept things comfy and cozy but also made me feel a little bit more put together.
Moccasin Slippers—This might be one of the most popular things I’ve ever shared! I used to wear slip on slippers but went for a moccasin style when we moved because it was so much colder and I could move around more easily. They make me feel like I’m still putting on shoes for the day lol.
Character Sweatshirts—If you have wanted a personalized sweatshirt, this the shop to purchase from! My friends Jess and Natalie started JessNatCo and I’m not exaggerating when I tell you that I am now OBSESSED with this sweatshirt. it is so soft and just the right amount of worn in.
Planner—I have always been a Lilly Pulitzer Planner kind of girl but this year I wanted a bit more room. So I chose one from Ivory Planner Co and it was 100% the right move! It has plenty of space and what I love about it most is that it has a monthly, weekly, and daily spread. So easy to stay organized and motivated. I have the All in One!
Book cart—I had been wanting one of these for so long and I finally purchased one for myself! I got it to hold all of my unread books and I’m determined to make sure they all fit. It’s been…challenging at times (oops) but I really like having it!
Frother—Miss fancy coffees and weekends at coffee shops? This will make you feel like a barista! It was a house warming gift from my friend Kimberly and I loveeee it!
Book Light—This actually might be the most popular thing I’ve shared. I love this book light so much because it it goes behind your neck, so you don’t have to constantly move it.
Chappy Wrap—-The coziest, comfiest blanket! It’s well worth the investment or would be a great gift for anyone who has moved into a new home. I love mine!
