I will admit it: I am one of those people who loves Valentine’s Day. Even when I didn’t have a partner, I loved having a day full of pinks and reds and chocolates. I loved making handmade cards for my friends, family, and teachers, and in the age of Parks & Rec, I became a huge proponent of Galentine’s Day.
