My December Bucket List

When it comes to December, it always seems like it takes forever to arrive and once it’s here, it flies by. This year, with stay at home orders, I’m hoping to really soak up the season. I want to share my December Bucket List so I can stay on top of everything I want to do this month!

Do you have any favorite holiday traditions?

Bake Christmas Cookies—I haven’t had time to bake before Christmas for year because I’ve always been in shows. While I’ll miss being in a festive musical this year, I’m happy to have time to enjoy my favorite season.

Watch White Christmas, A Muppets Christmas Carol, and It’s a Wonderful Life—Plus a ton more of my favorite holiday movies!

Reread The Winter Street Series—My favorite holiday series! It’s not Christmas without a reread.

Write Christmas Cards—We took a photo over the weekend and while I wish it was one of our wedding photos, I’m happy to spread a little cheer this season to friends and family.

Clean out my inbox—I do this every December 26 lol

Make a Gingerbread House—My best friend from high school and I have done this every year since we were juniors and this may be the first year we have to do it virtually.

Have a Holiday Zoom Happy Hour—No holiday parties, no problem! Maybe we can even watch a movie together virtually.

Drive around to see Lights—We did this on Saturday night but I’m excited to go out again as more families put up lights!

Watch all the Christmas Episodes of The Office—It’s a must!

Write a Holiday Short Story—While NaNoWriMo didn’t go the way I wanted, I want to write a little holiday romance to get back in the habit of writing.

I’d love to hear about your favorite holiday traditions and bucket list items as we bid adieu to 2020!
