Fall and Winter Reading Guide
Tis the season for the coziest of reading days! I love the Fall and Winter and the feelings they evoke. They make us slow down, indulge in slow mornings and early evenings. I’ve rounded up some of my favorite recommendations for the next few months. From Spooky vibes to holiday cheer, new releases to old favorites, I hope you find a new book you love this season. I’ve also included some special books that make the perfect gift if you’re looking to start your holiday shopping!
New Releases:
Troubles in Paradise—This is the last in Winter in Paradise by my fav, Elin Hilderbrand. If you haven’t read the first two in the series, you’re in for a treat! The perfect books to escape the winter chill. I always save my copy for Thanksgiving weekend!
This one is so fun! Perfect for fans of fan fiction and Game of Thrones!
I haven’t read any V.E. Schwab before but i am SO excited to tread this book. It sounds like one that sucks you in!
Forever Wild (Out December 1)
I am SO excited for the next installment in The Simple Wild series!

Autumn Vibes:
The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo
Going down as one of my favorite books of the year, even though it came out in 2017. I LOVED it.

The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society
I’ve only seen the movie but loved the story! A perfect cozy, heartwarming, atmospheric read.
Spooky:
If you’ve been around awhile, you’ll know i LOVED this book! Highly recommend for something smart and spooky.
Another favorite smart and compelling thriller!

My FAVORITE holiday series of all time. It’s a 4 book series about a family run inn on Nantucket. I reread them every year! The series goes in this order: Winter Street, Winter Stroll, Winter Storms, Winter Solstice.
I LOVED this book last year. A steamy office, hate to love romance set in Christmas in NYC!
I read this one for the first time last year. I found it to be clever and a fun retelling of A Christmas Carol!
I can’t wait to read this one this year! I’ve heard it’s an all time fav for a lot of people I trust!
The Little Bookshop on the Seine
This book sounds like pure magic.
Anthologies are so fun this time of year. This one is holiday stories from YA favorites!
Another one i cannot wait to read this year! White Christmas is one of my favorite movies of all time!

Winter: Beartown
This book is one of my favorites of all time. There’s also a sequel, Us Against You.
Another of my all time favorites. Escape to Alaska in the 1970s.
I also love this book! It’s Beartown from the girl’s POV.
The Simple Wild & Wild At Heart
Do I even need to tell you how much i love these books?
This book sounds GORGEOUS and I cannot wait to read it. Another Alaska pick!
